In our play zone we have LIMBO, sand pits, climbing frame, swings, undercover soft play area (open summer only), bale tower, pedal tractors (courtesy of Russels tractors Cubley) and other family games to play.

We are also open during October half term, when we split our mazes up into 3 and change the game boards to a HALLOWEEN theme ! There are two mazes with game boards in. The mini maze will be lit up by lights to help you find your way around but the main maze is to be done by torchlight. We also open up the Halloween themed SPOOK maze to be done by torchlight for the more adventurous!!. Don’t forget that this maze will be open weekends in October and from Saturday 26th October 2024 to Sunday 3rd November 2024, so Wellies, waterproofs and torches are a must.

Our HALLOWEEN maze will be open weekends in October from 11am till 6pm (last entry5pm) up until half term when we will be open from 11am till 8pm (last entry 7pm) and admission is the same price as the summer maze.

Dogs are not allowed in the maize maze but non aggressive dogs are allowed on a lead at the designated dog benches on the edge of the play zone. Please remember to clean up after them and keep them on a lead at ALL times (not every child likes a dog and if your dog is seen to be misbehaving you will be asked to leave).

Make a day of it and bring a picnic to eat in our indoor or outdoor picnic area and enjoy a cold or hot drink, Coldeaton ice cream ( www.coldeatonjerseyicecream ) or confectionary available at our very own snack shack or have some food or an ice cream from one of the catering vans (select days only), or have food at The Boars Head Hotel (serving great food all day).

" We had an absolutely lovely afternoon! Learning facts about hedgehogs and keep the younger siblings brains working they worked together brilliantly to guide us through both mazes. The play area was great aimed more for younger children but my siblings 13&11 found stuff to keep them busy in the play area and especially loved climbing the bale tower. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. An added bonus was didn’t get lost, but if we did we were given a contract number and flag just incase. We visited when it was very quiet but that didn’t stop us from having fun. Mazes, sunflower picking and a great outside space. And according to my siblings “I do have some good ideas for days out” Thank you for a lovely afternoon and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone especially if they want something a little different to do for a day ❤️ "
